SLAVERY IN AFRICA (LIBYA) TO EUROPE INTRODUCTION The European Union is working with Libyan coast guards to reduce the number of migrants crossing the Mediterranean Sea. But many of those intercepted end up in detention centers in Libya where some immigrants say they are used as slaves.
